Family Nurse Practitioner

Amanda Zygmant is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care in Westport. A graduate of Sacred Heart University, Amanda began her career as an APRN at Westport Family Medicine, where she continues to serve the local community.

Amanda is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, believing that high-quality care starts with truly listening and understanding each individual’s unique needs. She emphasizes preventive medicine and personalized care plans to help her patients achieve lasting wellness.

A lifelong Connecticut resident, Amanda lives in Easton with her husband, Tom, their two children, and the family dog. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and learning tennis.
